- All travelers to Australia are advised that it is mandatory to obtain their polio vaccination and certificate or yellow card before departure.

- Applicants are advised to bring any previous immunization records they have for themselves and their family with them to their appointment

·        Valid original passport (mandatory)

·        E medical referral letter (obtained from Australian immigration website)

·        Valid HAP ID.

·        Spectacles or contact lenses if you wear them.

·        Copies of medical reports and test for any significant medical conditions you have or may have had in the past.

·        Children seven years and below need to come with their full immunization records

·        Applicants with previous vaccination records are also advised to bring this along

·        Information about your visa subclass.

·        Details of the visa office where you lodged your application.

Booking Your Appointment

‍

To book your visa medical appointment, please complete the visa medical application form and call us at 0706 585 9845 or 0809 354 8099 with the following details:

‍

  • A valid HAP ID for each applicant
  • Your preferred appointment date

‍

All medicals are submitted electronically via the eMedical system, and your HAP ID is required to access your case.

Paying for Your Appointment

‍

To pay for your appointment, please transfer your visa medical fee to us at:

Cancellations

‍

The visa medical fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations made within two working days of your appointment will incur a fee of ₦20,000.

‍What to Expect During Your Appointment

‍

  • Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.
  • Duration: Plan to spend 2–3 hours at the clinic.
  • Physical Exam: A full exam is required (you'll undress to your underwear and wear a gown). You may request a female doctor or a chaperone at any time.
  • Chest X-Ray: for applicants aged 11 and above.
  • HIV Blood Test: for permanent Visa applicants aged 15+
  • HIV, Hepatitis B & C Tests: for healthcare workers e.g. Doctors, nurses, dentists, etc.
  • Polio Vaccination Assessment: for applicants over 6 weeks old. If we determine you need to be vaccinated for polio, you must pay an additional ₦5,000 fee for the vaccination. If you have been vaccinated within the past month, please bring a letter from the hospital where you were vaccinated.
  • COVID-19 Test: if you have been vaccinated for COVID-19, please bring your vaccination record to your appointment.
